The Beast Within......

It's taken some time for me to find the right words and mind set to sit down and put into words what has surfaced amongst us...kissed by Judas.

It saddens me to say that the crew has been plagued by internal cancerous cells. It's always hard to accept and/or accuse that one of your own has betrayed you. Like a cancerous cell that preys on other cells within the same body, an unexpected, unwanted predator, yes, but still part of you, no less. How to severe your ties with a part of you and not be affected, not feel a loss, not feel that somehow as a whole, you are now 'less'.

There's no more precious relationship between men than true friendship. That sense of brotherhood, comaraderie, companionship. Of course, true friendship requires commitment, trust, loyalty, respect, and much more. At the same time, the lowest form of scum is someone who betrays that trust, sells out that loyalty, abuses that respect.

What is a man if not his brother's keeper? Not much of one at all!

As with all things in life, there's always a price and your time will come...surely, your time will come.

Well, I've given these bottom feeders enough time and space.

The "chill", not winter mind you, has kept many of us off the road. But, seasons change and time moves on...we'll be back!
